Leading Global Organization specialised in Financial Services is looking for an Assistant
Role :
- Fielding telephone calls and emails
- Managing detailed travel schedules and itineraries
- Diary management and scheduling meetings
- Updating and maintaining contact databases and distribution lists
- Processing incoming invoices for payment
- Handling internal and external correspondence
- Ad hoc projects as required
- Arranging any team or client events
- Perform administrative duties as requested |
Skills Required:: |
Profile :
- University degree. Legal background highly considered
- Between 2-3 years of relevant experience in the same position. Experience in working with international companies will be highly considered
- High level of Arabic, French and English languages. German highly considered
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Effective and open communicator
- Professional and positive attitude
- Flexibility; positive response to shifting priorities and change
