This Global Organisation is seeking an experienced Sourcing Leader for a permanent role based in Qatar.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Identify right sourcing channels and comply with company processes.
- Bring in best value suppliers that meet Oil & Gas requirements.
- Has strong market contacts and will be able to build long term
relationships with supplier.
- With the right market trends and practices.
To apply you will be able to manage a team of 6 to 9 employees with high level of delegation and objectivity. You will have 8 to 12 years of sourcing / procurement experience in the Oil & Gas preferably, 3 to 5 of which in Managerial level.
You will be flexible and innovative, with a high customer service awareness and
sense of urgency. Arabic is an advantage but not a must.
In return you will receive a TAX FREE salary (negotiable to the right candidate) plus excellent benefits including housing, transportation allowance and many other benefits.
