| Job Description: |
Electrical Project Engineer for KSA
Our client, a prestigious manufacturing company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is looking for a topnotch Electrical Project Engineer
Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage the Electrical Power Projects, including power generators, power distribution system by controlling all required resources, coordinating with other departments outside contractors and implementing the CAPEX Projects on time and in full.
2. Control & monitor H&S, communications & reports, people & morale, delivery of results, quality of product & systems (including design & implementation)

| Skills Required: |
1. Bachelors Degree In Electrical Engineering with power option with at least 5-10 years post qualification experience in multi-disciplined industrial and process plant projects.
2. Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
2. Experience includes: major project installations, planning & execution of annual shut downs, planning & implementation of electrical energy conservation projects, trouble free operation of electrical power generators, the distribution system & the electrical service workshops.
3. With Training in: managing resources, Microsoft projects, ACAD, Excel, Project Planning & Control, Safety procedures & requirements, HACCP, ISO, OHSAS, Oil technology.
3. Computer literate. Knowledge of Computers, Office application etc
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Knowledge of electrical theory, design parameters and applicable codes and regulations as applied to electrical utility distribution, transmission, generation, and/or telecommunications facilities. 2. Knowledge of major utility operations and engineering; data processing engineering applications; value engineering and capital investment decision analysis.
3. Ability to work independently on major engineering projects.
4. Ability to direct, evaluate, and elicit the cooperation of others.
5. Ability to compose clear and accurate technical reports, communicate with others and to assimilate and understand information in a manner consistent with the essential job functions
6. Ability to make effective oral presentations; using state-of-the-art technologies.
7. Ability to negotiate effectively with other departments and outside agents and to understand and verbalize contract issues both in writing and orally.
8. Ability to perform as a project manager for electric utility projects.
9. Ability to create drawings and write specifications, prepare cost estimates, prepare construction contracts and request for proposals.
10. Ability to maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities, which may include sitting for extended periods of time and operating assigned office equipment.
11. Ability to operate assigned equipment & make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
