Description:
Responsible for helping to manage the sales team through two-way communication and support.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
• Responsible for maintaining a healthy flow of new leads each week according to KPI’s in addition to proactively sourcing new leads, ideas and sectors
• Schedule meetings for salespeople, facilitate the appropriate contacts and information and manage their agendas wisely
• Attending weekly sales meeting
• Report to the IBD on a regular basis and help the IBD manage hit lists
• Share information with sales people for the meetings to make sure they are armed with vital knowledge (help with pre meeting research)
• Be available to visit key venues in order to obtain strategic leads
• Responsible for Market communication / sharing international intelligence with local companies and inform them of new developments in their sector
• Help In putting together e-shots
• Responsible for helping sales team to put together documents for large presentations
• To manage Product Information
• Making sales team aware of new products/services
• Putting together new templates for sales to use in their presentations
• Dealing with Competitive intelligence
• Helping to develop Marketing Plan and e-shots.
• Managing and maintaining a database of clients and using it efficiently
• Putting new sales through to e.intelligence and PR
• Be available to attend sales meetings with clients and help close deals from a sales support role

| Skills Required: |
Key Skills/Experience Required:
• The ability of handling multiple projects.
• Strong experience of working in a sales-led environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and time / people management skills.
• Good appreciation of TLC specific offer terms and conditions and how they relate to PD and concierge issues.
• As a person they need to be confident, enthusiastic, a good team player.
• A quick thinker with a positive and proactive problem-solving attitude
• Qualifications – educated at degree level.
• Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail.
• Strong communications skills in all forms including written, verbal , email, telephone and presentations.
