For our office in Cologne, we are looking for a qualified candidate to fill the contracted position of Director of Studies
(Manager of Training and Development).
Your tasks and responsibilities:
• trainer acquisition, induction and retention
• carrying out the Train-the-Trainer Programs
• trainer mentoring, coaching and evaluation
• curriculum development for accelingua programs
• organizing team-building activities for trainers
• maintaining high level of training provided
• supporting accelingua executives and sales division with information on products and customers

Skills Required:: |
Your profile:
• extensive experience in teaching languages
• native competence in English; German skills at min. Level B2
• excellent communication, cross-cultural and people management skills
• planning and organizational skills
• independent, driven, energetic and creative
• degree in education (Masters or equivalent), and a TEFL qualification are an advantage
• the applicant must currently reside in Germany
