-- Deep understanding on the architecture of Siebel 7.7 / 8.0.
-- Capability to ascertain how Siebel works with other products such as SAP, Portals, Middleware ( such as MQ or IBM Websphere or EAI etc)
-- Ability to take decisions on solution/application/deployment architecture of CRM projects by conducting workshops, drive decisions
-- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication
-- Able to play consulting role while providing solutions
-- Customer interaction capability
-- Drive architecture decisions with customer personnel and able to see how technology fits into business needs
-- Experience in performance/scalability analysis of Siebel solutions

| Skills Required: |
-- Around 8-10 years experience
-- Worked in at least one of the following domains in a project : FMCG, Manufacturing, Industrial
-- Work with customers, Implementation Partners and Oracle to ensure proper design and implementation of Siebel products for application stability, maintainability and performance
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
