ArchiBat is seeking for an International Engineering Group a Project Manager to join its office in Mongolia. The group is specialized in corporate real estate and works on prestigious large scale projects. They have many offices and more than 400 employees around the world.
As a project manager, you will coordinate and oversee the design process and the technical phases. You will foresee costs and timing. You will also manage a team of architects and engineers. You will attend meetings with clients and create a long-term relationship with them. You will work on office buildings projects in order to develop infrastructures in Mongolia.
Engineer or Technical Architect profile is prefered. Experience in Asia and industrial field are mandatory. Fluent in English. Good communication and management skills. Highly motivated and well-organized. Candidate willing to live in Mongolia.
