Web Site Operations Manager

Position Description:
This position manages the content of Hickory Farms and
Pfaelzer Brothers web sites. Compiles and analyzes website performance and supports
online marketing efforts. Additional responsibilities include:
�� Updates company website as scheduled/needed.
�� Manages deployment of e-mail marketing initiatives.
�� Maintains upsells, product rankings and on site web categories.
�� Manages comparison-shopping engine and vertical feeds.
�� Assists in execution on online affiliate program.
�� Tests new site projects and regularly scheduled updates.
�� Works with Merchandising Manager on forecasting inventory needs.
�� Sets up and maintains online web offers and attaches pricing.
�� Assists with developing promotions, e-mail content and advertising.
�� Assists with integration of web site creative, merchandising and promotion of
brands.
�� Provides support managing paid search engine marketing campaigns.
�� Manages special projects.
�� Monitors and tracks competitor promotions and newsletters. |
Skills Required:: |
Experience and Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university. One to two years’ experience in
HTML updating and e-commerce sites is required. Must be proficient in using Word,
Excel, Macromedia, DreamWeaver, and FTP Pro. Ability to create and manipulate
graphic images in Photoshop is a plus. |
