We are Multinational firm that provides consulting and services in Corporate Real Estate and Facility Management.
We are seeking to enlarge our team in Shanghai with a hard-working and reliable individual to take on this challenging
Job responsibilities:
- Report directly to the company specified Project Manager;
- Responsible for mechanical, electrical and piping engineering, including all areas starting from conceptual design till detailed engineering design, cooperation with design institutes and support for project execution, with an emphasis on the following:
o Communicate client technical requirements to Design Institute in time,
o Review designs against client technical requirements strictly,
o Review design schedule & progress timely,
o MEP construction quality control and schedule supervision as specified.
o Coordination with sub-contractors and suppliers as required
o Coordinate the Testing & Commissioning phase
o Check all as-built drawings at project close-out

Skills Required:: |
- University degree with mechanical and\or electrical engineering back ground, bachelor degree or above;
- Familiar with related codesC regulations and international project operation.
- Minimum 2 years experience in MEP work and its management, including some portion of that time with an international company or JV in China;
- Competent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good oral and written English.
- Good team player
- Willing to evolve in a dynamic and multi-cultural work environment
