Job responsibilities:
- Report directly to the company specified Project Manager;
- Responsible for project cost estimate, engineering budgeting, including all areas starting from conceptual design till project as built acceptance, cooperation with design institutes and support for project execution, with an emphasis on the following:
o Communicate client budget requirements to design institute and other contractors as required time to time,
o Establish project WBS (work break down structure) as per client requirements strictly,
o Perform required quantity survey as per scheduled timely,
o Manage construction quantity control and to help schedule supervision as specified.
o Coordination with sub-contractors and suppliers as required

Skills Required:: |
- University degree with finance and\or engineering back ground, bachelor degree or above;
- Familiar with related codesC regulations and international project operation.
- Minimum 2 years experience in QS activities, including some portion of that time with an international company or JV in China;
- Competent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good oral and written English.
- Good team player
- Willing to work in a dynamic & multi-cultural environment
