A thriving privately owned property sales and rental company are looking for someone to help build affiliations within the industry. This role will suit someone who wants to have the flexibility of working form their own location, yet receive a guaranteed salary for doing so, rather than relying on commission.
Duties are as follows:
- To Identify and contact agents in various parts of Spain, to list properties and developments within the client website.
Key Skills - Internet research, email marketing and telephone contact, perhaps face-to-face meetings
- Re-write property descriptions, check that property uploads conform to company standards

Rentals Portal
- Identify and contact affiliates that allow the company access to their client database, in order to promote the rentals section of the website. Affiliates may include property portals, estate agents, mortgage advisors, currency exchange providers – any entity with access to recent purchasers in Spain.

- Identify and contact agents/portals that would be able to provide 50-100 rentals listings per country (10 max) for the new rentals site.

You will likely work an estimated 4 hours per day, 5 days a week
An hourly rate of €12.50 per hour will be paid, which is circa 1.000 euros per month.
Payments: By invoice, per week, with accompanying time/work sheet. Invoices should be made with applicable iva. A retention will be made for irpf, unless invoicing via a company.
Bonuses: A bonus of an additional 1.000 euros will be made at the end of the initial 6 month period, if certain performance targets are met (to be discussed with applicant).
