| Job Description: |
Main Responsibilities:
•Handle and answer Technical Queries and Field Queries related to civil issues,
•Review and comment on site civil changes,
•Supervise the correct construction equipment is utilized for the work to be carried out,
•Supervise only approved materials are utilized for the construction works,
•Supervise if the construction installation meets the technical requirements of the project.
•Assist in solving any technical query or problem occurring on site.
•Review and comment on the contractor’s progress and material reports.
•Review and check contractor’s periodic reports,
•Sign off the construction completion documentation (as-builts, check lists, test records etc.) to signify completion of the works in accordance to the project requirements,
•Play an active role in ensuring that all health and safety procedures are fully respected and followed.

| Skills Required: |
Competency Requirements
•minimum of 7 years of experience in major construction projects
•Experience in pump station / terminal construction work
•Experience and good behavior in contacts with clients, ability to assert himself to client and contractors
•Used to autonomous and independent work
•Computer experience with working knowledge of the MS Office applications |
