This position offers a tremendous opportunity to build and lead world class Enterprise Technology and Infrastructure for a Global Trading organization. The firm is bringing in strong leadership and creating strategic business directives to take the company to a new level and is seeking the “best in the business” with expertise in Equity Algo Trading Technology. As leader, you will create strategy and vision for the Global Technical Infrastructure (US, Asia and Europe), overseeing a budget of $20 million, and building a team of over 50 people including data, networking, engineering, operations, vendor management, telecom, infrastructure and deployment/integration. You will also be groomed to succeed the current CIO! We are seeking a true “Business Driver” who believes in our goal of “flawless execution” of Enterprise Infrastructure for extremely high volume-low latency Trading!

Working with Algorithmic Trading.
Strategic, creative thinking and visionary mentality
Deep background with High Volume/Low Latency systems
Global and Matrix Organizational background
Experience with Market Data
Experience building SOX Compliant Environment
Strong Methodology background (ITIL)/COBIT
Background in building Infrastructure/Support Teams
Background in Linux
Prior Management of Teams between 20+
Master’s degree preferred but not required.
