Archibat is seeking a Chief Architect for an Active And Growing Architectural Firm in Shanghai. The company provides a full range of architectural, engineering, planning, proposal, preliminary design and construction drawing. The firm is specialized in residential and commercial design.
Job Position:
The Chief Architect will coordinate all aspects of projects including client contact, determination of client needs, preliminary design and design development, design coordination, concept & detail design (Ensure design directives from the owner/developer are complete and clearly understood by the design consultants), design development: Seek clarifications from owner/developer where unfinished design or incomplete design is affecting design consultant progress.
Requirements:

-15+ years of professional experience in relevant field
-Experience in Urban Design a Must
