Responsibility:-
Proficient in radio network planning for WCDMA and parameters planning
Perform site survey and issuing RNP report
Updating of relevant site database
Perform drive test and have skills in drive test tools
analysing drive test measurement and optimize the radio network
Initiate corrective actions to meet the KPI's
3G/2G pre launch optimization
Requirement:-
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication/Electrical/Electronic).
Applicants must be willing to travel.
Good communication skill.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
