hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (any field)
are trained and certified ESL teachers with TESL, TEFL, or CELTA(preferred)
have 2 years TESL experience, preferably in a developing country environment(preferred)
have no strong accent in their oral English
demonstrate strong communication skills in listening, speaking, reading, & writing
have basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and their own laptop computer
