Description:
Verify, Inc. is seeking an experienced source inspector to perform inspection of optics, helicoils, and sealing surfaces. Candidates must be comfortable working as an Independent Contractor, and have at least 3-5 years experience working with optics. The expected contract duration is on going, and the frequency is approximately 4 days/month.
Project Requirements:
- ISO Certified
- Working knowledge of MIL-PRF-13830
- Ability to make and interpret Zygo readings
- Scratch-dig recognition
- Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Capable of reading CMM programs and measurements
- Ability to use gauges and indicators
- Final inspection of helicoils and sealing surfaces (O ring grooves)
