Looking for a job in media sales that allows you to travel and develop an international career?
P.M. Communications is an independent media & advertising agency specializing in advertising sections and supplements focusing on a country, sector or region providing a business and economic analysis. Operating across the globe our reports are distributed with one of the UK’s most influential newspapers, The Daily Telegraph.
This job requires candidates to travel 11 months a year around the world, spending an average of 3-6 months based in each country.
Job Description:
• Research on current issues and topics relevant to the country project, including socio-economic and political developments
• Providing sector analysis and highlighting key events, themes, and issues affecting any given sector.
• Profiling the key companies in each country
• Preparing and conducting commercially orientated interviews with top ranking business and political officials around the world
• Working in a team of 3 as the Commercial Analyst responsible for obtaining editorial content for special advertising sections on countries, sectors and regions
• Reporting to Head office and completing an editorial outline once the all interviews have been concluded.
Please note this position does not involve writing the actual report
Job Requirements:
• Commercial Awareness
• Excellent personal presentation and strong communication and public relations skills
• Results driven, determined, energetic and a talent for working with people
• Fluent in English. One of the following languages is a bonus: French, Portuguese, Russian or Spanish.
• Graduates with a sound knowledge of international political, business and economic affairs.
