This leading Organisation is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager for a full-time role based in Qatar within the Oil and Gas sector.
The position will oversee business opportunities of more than $500 Million USD per annum. The Organisation is aiming to significantly increase business by an extra $200 Million USD per annum
In the role you will play a strategic role in growing the business in Qatar in terms of providing the business with early insights, managing and developing key customers relationships, execution issues, carrying out the sales process & closing deals.
You will also deal with any issues as required and carry out any research and business development as leads may arise.
To apply for the role you will possess an MBA or postgraduate studies in marketing or business strategies. Ideally with a strong Engineering background (Mechanical / Industrial / Oil & Gas / Electrical)
A minimum of 6-7 years experience of sales within the Oil and Gas sector is required.
For the role an Arabic Speaker is preferred due to negotiations required with clients. You should also be very diplomatic with high profile in building and growing customer relationships and able to bring in best practices in business growth.
Experience in the Oil and Gas sector is also required as is strong knowledge of the Gulf region.
