Technical & responsibilities
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, balance sheet and income statement
• Conduct financial and accounting analysis, and prepare different reports requested by management (e.g. sales statistics, budgets, variances vs budgets, P&L, costing analysis, spending, working capital etc..)
• Identify opportunities for improved productivity, cost savings and internal controls
• Lead the work process simplification efforts across Finance and interaction with other functions
• Provide leadership in the review and establishment of procedures to strengthen Internal Controls
• Ensure Finance processes are interact and in line with budgets methodology and accounting principles
• Provide leadership, empower and build the capability staff in the finance team to achieve performance criteria, pave the way for their growth and promotion and ensure adequate succession cover
• Position requires high energy individual, self directed & enthusiastic. Must be decisive and demonstrated ability to take initiatives. Proven analytical, presentation and communication skills and demonstrated ability to interact with Senior Leadership. Must have high integrity and a strong team work orientation

Finance & Accounting Supervisor / Chief Accountant
Qualification & profile
• Male, age between 28 - 38 years old
• A Bachelor degree in related discipline (e.g. Accounting/Finance or equivalent) from accredited university
• Motivated, sociable, dynamic, pleasant personality, hard working, team player, mature, ability to work under pressure, strong initiative skills, has sense of urgency, result oriented mind set and finance as career
• Fluent spoken and written Arabic & English (English is a must)
• High level of computer skills, Microsoft Office – XL & Word is mandatory (Oracle knowledge is a plus)
• Strong & positive communication skills, capable of working with others (including senior management) on accomplishing required tasks, budgets coordination, preparation and presentations
• Strong organizational and planning skills. Demonstrated business sense with the ability and skills to design and enforce tight working capital, cash management policies, minimize costs and improve productivity
• Demonstrable professional working experience of 5-7 years with at least 3 years in supervisory level (as Accounting supervisor or Chief Accountant) with a developed and reputable organization
• Previous experience must include full supervision of the accounting department and capability of complete closing of the books (income statement and balance sheet), managing annual budgets, monitoring performance versus budgets and driving the organization to achieve budgets and goals
• Ability to effectively motivate and lead in a team environment, develop subordinates to reach their full potential through individual coaching, training and career development
• Position requires high energy individual, self directed & enthusiastic. Must be decisive and demonstrated ability to take initiatives. Proven analytical, presentation and communication skills and demonstrated ability to interact with Senior Management. Must have high integrity and a strong team work orientation
