| Job Description: |
The Markides Group Cyprus (A V I S and M o n e y g r a m) is looking for a Moneygram Customer Service Operator to the Nicosia headquarter.
Job Duties:
·greets and welcomes customers and visitors
·Being responsible for providing support services to the customers and agents personally and on the phone
·Aids customers in the process and completion of the transactional forms
·Being responsible for completing and receiving transactional forms
·Being responsible for counting and storing the cash and ensuring its accuracy
·Being responsible for registering the transactions through a computerized system and issues the customer with a reference number
·Handles the distribution of the brochures and hand-outs
·Assists Avis operators
·Handling any other duties and responsibilities required for the position and for the operations department
Qualifications:
·lyceum Graduates (University degree/diploma will be consider as an advantage)
·Previous experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage
·Excellent command of the Greek and English (knowledge of an additional foreign language will be considered as an advantage)
·Computer literate
