Customer Service Representative
Department: Customer Service Benelux
Parttime (20 hrs a week)

Your responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative you are the most important interface between the customer and the Daimler organization. You insure that customer concerns and queries are dealt with adequately; manage our services to customers and transfer product knowledge. Multi-tasking is not a problem and you are a team player.
Your profile: (Near) native level Dutch, fluency in French and fluency in our corporate language, English, are essential. You have a higher vocational education, are computer literate and have a customer-oriented attitude. Experience in an automotive customer service environment is an asset.
