| Job Description: |
The Executive Director of Player Development will be responsible for the overall performance and operation of the Player Development Department, including Players Club and Executive/Casino Hosts. The incumbent will be responsible for the successful overall operation of player development, casino hosts and relevant special events.
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of four years in a guest-service field in a casino with progressive supervisory/managerial experience required.
Must be computer-literate, with basic word processing and spreadsheet skills.
Must possess a working knowledge of advanced Casino marketing principles, and be capable of applying same to various special projects and player development events.
Comprehensive understanding of player rating systems, human resources, management, casino marketing, and comping policies, procedures and theories.
Strong written and verbal skills and fluent in Spanish & English
