The Client:
My Client is a real estate services company specializing in quality driven, integrated commercial real estate development, leasing and property management services.
Due to a fantastic new Abu Dhabi based project, they are currently looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager for their Master Planning department
The Role:
You will be responsible for managing Master planning projects;
Coordination through all project phases;
Managing consultants and other parties involved;
Monitoring adherence to work plans and interacting with related authorities.
Experience / Qualifications Needed:
• You must be an Urban planner / Urban Designer with a minimum of 10 years experience.
• Experience in UAE is preferred but is considered a plus not a necessity
• An Architectural degree is also considered a plus.
• Experience dealing with public authorities and handling approvals will be expected
• You should have good managerial skills as well as good organizational skills
• You must be capable of interacting well at all levels within the organization
• You should be a professional self starter who is able to work as a key team player in a rapidly growing business.
• You must have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills.
