| Job Description: |
Develops and Manages Strategic Short and Long Term Sales Strategy and
Sales Plan in ling with CSV (Core Strategic Vision). Sets clear goals
In terms of overall divisional growth and profitability in order to
Target markets and customers, price points, etc.
Develops plans and strategies to leverage US capabilities within sales,
Marketing and product management to be in line with European marketplace
Needs.
Develops and Manages Product Strategy in terms of the introduction of
New products/new lines in existing markets and the introduction of
Existing products into new markets.
Develops proposals and presentations for strategic accounts, which
Ultimately will impact revenue growth and profitability according to the
Core Strategic vision. Responsible for strategic account management in
Accordance with the core strategic vision. Works with AS400 & Add
Ons.
Develops sales contact system and customer performance system. Keeps
Customer profiles and permanent files up to date. Develops and manages
In-house sales support team including but not limited to customer
Service, sales service, and technical service.
Manages contracts and supplier agreements. Directs channel development
Activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales

Sets clear guidelines as to the general operations of the product lines,
Including: Customer allocation and prioritization when necessary and

In goals or objectives resulting from current status and conditions.
Oversees management of Product Portfolio to achieve maximum coverage and
Order fill. Creates the ongoing development of packaging, collateral
Material, sales fliers, and product brochures for assigned product
Lines.
Represents the company in the Industry by serving on Industry committees
And boards. Organizes and Coordinates trade shows.
Establishes connectivity between customer personnel and CARDONE
Personnel. Establishes collaborative planning between customers and
CARDONE. Resolves and prioritizes customer requests and complaints.
Manages the on-going promotion of the product line including catalogs,
Line reviews and marketing activities. Constantly assesses market place
To ID opportunities to increase both market share and profits.
Works with supporting functions (Operations, Finance, Engineering, IS,
HR) and leadership of other functional areas to balance current demands
On the supporting functions and developing future needs and
Requirements.
Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition as
Well as the marketplace in general. Develops method of collecting and
Managing complete product data information consisting of feature and
Benefit reviews, competitive interchanges, pricing rationale, product

Responsible for gathering & analyzing, Market Intelligence and

| Skills Required: |
Education: Bachelor’s degree; some ASE Certification desired
Experience: 3 to 5 years experience, automotive aftermarket preferred
Skills & Abilities: Strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
