This is a retained Executive Search for our client a World leader in the design, manufacture and service of aircraft, turbines and space propulsion systems with operating profits of $2.0 billion in 2007.

Salary Range: 60k TO 75k

The successful candidate will work with the Commodity Export team and be responsible for:
Creating, auditing and archiving export invoices
Working with customers to create standard work related to the commodity export process
Providing training to our client’s personnel related to the export of our Hardware
Participate in the rewrite of the Shipping Manual
Acting as the Export/Import liaison for Global Logistics` "Project Panorama" implementation
Creating and maintaining an export license management system for post application export license activity
Creating and maintaining a system for tracking and auditing Foreign National Employees and Contractors
Supporting our client’s U.S. Customs Compliance Program
Submitting Automated Export System (AES) information
Updating and maintaining all export information in SAP/GTS
Participation in continuous improvement efforts across Export/Import Management, looking for opportunities to simplify and standardize processes
Candidate Must Have:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 7+ years experience
Knowledge of process improvement principles (highly preferred)
Working knowledge of SAP (preferred) |
