| Job Description: |
This leading Global Organisation is seeking a Operations Sales Support Officer for a full time role in Saudi Arabia.
In the role you will be responsible for achieving targets and project strategies. You will also track projects and produce reports and forecasts as required.
Other duties will including being able to support the sales team, deal with any customer issues and resolve issues to both parties satisfaction.
You will work closely with the Area Sales Manager and deal with Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and prepare technical and commercial proposals, guarantee Quality completeness and Time responsiveness
As well as monitoring projects you will lead Risk Assessment processes coordinating Bid Teams/Functions (Legal, Finance, Manufacturing, Technical Assistance, Sales Force, Global Services P&Ls,.) during proposal preparation and follow-up
To be considered you will possess an Engineering Degree with experience of working within the Oil and Gas sector. You will also be fluent in English and preferably have working experience in a technical or sales support role.
In return you will receive a TAX FREE salary based on experience plus a full benefits package.
Preference will be given to Saudi Nationals.
