Position Summary:
We are looking for a vibrant and upbeat professional full-time Sales Representative with a positive attitude. Someone with experience selling hair care products to hair salons. You will focus on developing and supporting our company’s customer accounts while ensuring each interaction delivers a remarkable customer experience.
The Sales Representative will manage sales and play a very strong role in building our business within North America.
Responsibilities:
•Process customer orders.
•Maintain customer accounts.
•Process order adjustment requests generated by the customer.
•Resolve customer service issues with urgency and good judgment.
•Provide product and collection information to potential customers.
•Support sales and marketing efforts.
•Make outgoing sales calls to potential customers to promote and up-sell hair salon products.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and collections.
•perform other duties and special projects as required.

Skills Required:: |
Education And Experience:
•2 – 5 years of related sales experience in hair care products.
•Preferably sales experience in Hair Salon products or beauty products.
•Diploma or degree in a related discipline.
•Proven prospecting and cold-calling experience.
•Strong initiative.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Intermediate level Microsoft Office experience, with an emphasis on Excel and Word.
•Ability to work in a fast paced and continually changing environment.
