Job Details:
Manages all activities involved in the development and revision of proposals. Acts as a liaison with the Contracts department if support in negotiating contracts is needed.
Responsibilities:
- Supervision/management of the proposal analysis staff revision of proposals.
- Conducts proposal reviews with management.
- Responsible for the employment, training, motivation, discipline and performance evaluation of assigned employees.
- Participates in planning and policy development issues.
- Requires subject matter expertise and a bachelors degree (in Business Administration or related field) or equivalent, and twelve to fifteen years of related (proposal preparation in a government contract environment) experience.
- Supervisory/management experience required.
