| Job Description: |
This position is responsible for Helpdesk Tech Support for the Navy/Marine Corps contract . Help Desk Analyst will be the first point of contact to resolve issues and when required, provides expertise in escalating incident for resolution to other support staff. You will take inbound calls and resolve hardware and software issues. You will use a variety of tools and resources to perform problem diagnosis, account set up, network issues and password resets. Knowledge od DNS, DHCP, MS Outlook, MS Office, Active Directory, MS Exchange, Windows 2000 and XP. You will use Remedy ticket management software to dispatch tickets and/or transfer calls to Help Desk Tier 2 and/or Supervisor as appropriate. |
