Our Service and Installation Manager earns between $60,000.00 and $ 7 0,000.00 with the opportunity to earn more in annual income.

Due to retirement we have a position opening for a Service and Installation Manager
The Position:
This is a salary position which also covers expense such a cell phone, business travel and pays bonus on department profitability.
You must have:
Supervisory experience, Customer service skills, Technical knowledge (i.e. plumbing) and Inventory management.
Core tasks consist of:
Order Service Supplies, Installation Supplies, Office supplies, Marketing Supplies, Answer customer’s calls, Service walk in customers, Visit customers, Update records on CRM Software, Review the charges for accuracy, Make sure all work is perform with quality, Make sure all work is perform as planned, Handle warranty work related to all service and installs, Supervise Warehouse staff, Keep the office safe, Deal with Damage claims, Produce reports for Management and other functions essential to managing the operation of a dealership.
