| Job Description: |
Prepare monthly management accounts, ensuring all significant over/under performances and variances are understood, actions agreed where necessary and communicated.
Prepare monthly cash flow and reforecast for next 3 months.
Supervise credit control and ensure significant overdue debts are being actioned.
Control build up of work in progress and ensure timely billings.
Review projects with technical staff, ensuring that job management system is correctly stated, understand results and agree actions where necessary, ensuring provisions made for foreseeable losses at the earliest opportunity.
Carry out ad-hoc investigations and analysis
Prepare annual budgets and reforecast quarterly.
Coach local finance staff.
Prepare year end accounts
Liaise with Group auditors regarding audit of year end accounts.
Provide input to commercial contracts and tenders.
Provide general advice to local managers on all financial matters.
Provide ad hod information to UK and Group.

Qualified Accountant
International, Commercial experience.
