| Job Description: |
1. Need experienced Building Construction Manager for Residental developments, commercial and hotel sites. Projects are high end. Must be able to deliver on time. Will be required to work in the Caribbean and Jamaica specifically. English a must. None smoker and clean police record.
2. Professional Structural, electrical ,mechanical and civil engineers needed high end for developments, commercial, hotel sites. Must have experience in high rise, Flat slab concrete construction. Will be required to work in the Caribbean and Jamaica specifically. Spanish and other language alright but English a must. Must be problem solvers, innovative, great work attitude, none smoker, have a keen understanding of on time delivery and under stand the concept, the Customer comes first and is always right. None smoker. Clean police record.
3. Talented web designer with graphic skills a flare for creativity and on the cutting edge of internet technology including web TV , radio and more. Have experience in marketing especially in the area of mass media including radio, news print, magazine sales, television. Must be a peoples person and have a full appreciation for good customer relations. Must have excellent editing skills, respects time and delivery date willing to meet deadlines regardless. Must have experience in networking and great managerial skills. Must love what they do for a living in term of the internet web design and graphics. None smoker and clean police record.
4. Professional sales persons willing to work in the area of mass media. Job will entail sales for real estate based product other than real estate, Keen Understanding Of Real Estate development, mortgages, insurance, Investments in general. Successfull candidate must be motivated by high income and willing to work in any part of the world.Target markets USA, CANADA, UK, Caribbean. Job position is commissioned based with upward mobility to salaried, permanent managerial position after Probation Period. Positions now availible throughout areas aforementioned with emphasis on Florida, New York Metro areas and areas with large Caribbean populations. Respondee must include expected or desired salary. Experience shoudlbe five years and over. Must have proven track record of high volums in sales.
