Online Gaming Customer Service Agents required for our Clients` Call Centre based in Gibraltar.
The Package:
A relocation package is available (2 months in a company apartment) and they will also pay for flights for the interview.
Starting salary is £17,000 to be increased to £20,000 pa (£19,000 pa if shift work is not required).

* German, French, Italian, Greek or Croatian Native Speaker (must hold a valid EU passport)
* Excellent telephone manner
* Very good IT user skills
* Good command of English both oral and written
* First class customer handling and interpersonal skills
* Ability to resolve issues to a high level of customer satisfaction
* Problem solving skills
* Be prepared to work flexible hours
* A keen interest in sports, poker and games |
