| Job Description: |
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for negotiating and closing multi- year, multi-million dollar deals within the Telecom sector with Telecom service provider and System Integrator customers
• The successful candidates will be involved in identifying, managing and closing business by providing software solutions and professional services (Outsourcing, Staff Augmentation, Managed services, Offshore services)
• Researching, establishing, building and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers. Have experience of working at CxO level/ make board level presentations and propositions to customers
• Response to leads generated, selling to potential customers in the target area,
• Working to aggressive quarterly targets.
• Extensive travel will be required in the region

Skills Required:: |
• An Engineering Degree preferably in Computer Science/Electronics + MBA .( Preferred)
• Fluent in French (essential) and / or Flamish/ Dutch and good working knowledge of English
• Excellent track record and superior experience including:
- Sales Management position in the IT/Telecom (IBM,CISCO etc)
- Sales Management in a Telecom Equipment Vendor, SI or Consulting organizationselling to potential operators (e.g. OrangeFT, KPN, SFR)
- Product Management in the above, having sales flair looking to get into sales.
• Strong Telecom Domain experience/exposure – specifically within the IT/ Billing/ BSS/OSS and Applications
• Experience of selling in to this geography is essential
• Proven deal closing record and background in new business and proven sales lifecycle experience,
• Handled a minimum target volumes of US$ 10-15 mill or more per year and handled closures of deals more than $2-3 million in a single transaction
• Experience in managing Outsourcing Software business to Low cost countries like India will be a bonus
• Minimum of 7 years sales in the above,
• Ideally strong knowledge/training in sales methodology, process and techniques.
• Excellent commercial and business acumen.
• Should bring a network of contacts from the industry.
• Self-motivated and able to work alone independently and meet aggressive quarterly targets
• Strong communicator and precise and concise articulation
• Experience of travel in a sales role, driving license required.
