Our 10 year old employment agency is now hiring experienced personnel recruiters for our "Dream Team".
Recruiters duties Include:
Advertising for employment opportunities
Attending career and trade show and consulting with applicants and employers
Interviewing & screening of candidates
Placement of qualified candidates
Sales & Marketing of our services, including cold calling and up selling to employers.
Data entry
Reception relief
Payroll administration assistance
& other duties that may arise.
Skills required include 3+ years in the recruitment and industry and strong sales and marketing skills. Must be outgoing, organized, mature, professional, able to multitask and handle many tight deadlines throughout the day. Training in recruitment / sales in an asset.
