One of Our client is looking for a qualified EMV POS (Point Of Sale) rollout manager who will have to properly manage the transition between the current EMV project-phase and future operational phase by managing a smooth rollout of EMV to the 8000+ Bank Points of Sale. Selected vendors are invited to submit CV`s of suitable candidates for this position. Our Client will be considering candidates that can demonstrate the following skills:
• at least 10 years of experience in retail banking environments
• the ability to understand the dynamics and business rationales behind the Point of Sale retail banking ecosystem
• profound knowledge and expertise of EMV chip card technology, transaction processing, and related standards
• knowledge and experience in the EMV certification of POS devices
• the ability to plan, manage, and execute large scale rollout operations
• profound skills in communication with different stakeholders (internal and external communications as well as marketing) such as POS vendors, telecomms providers, and regulatory bodies
• customer-oriented mindset
• the ability to operate on a business - managerial level as to understand subject matter on a technical level
