Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Project Control Manager in all non-technical matters related with project execution, such as budgets, schedules, contracts, tenders, administration, organization as well as all coordination matters related with government agencies, Petronas, PSC partners and the local community.
• Monitor and ensure project implementation is in compliance with prevailing company and Petronas rules and regulations, as well as all local law statutes.
Set-up and monitor project control references or baselines in the form of budgets, schedules, manpower allocations, etc.
• Prepare activity costing, cost scheduling and budget control.
• Identify and analyze actual performance emasured against reference costs, manpower, progress and quantities, then initiate immediate corrective action or schedule recovery plan to rectify these deviations.

Skills Required:: |
Key Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or any related technical disciplines.
• 15 years experience of which at least 10 years in direct involvement in project planning, scheduling, cost accounting and forecasting in engineering of major or large oil & gas projects.
• Possess project control, planning, budgeting and management skills
• Highly mobile and medically fit to travel and work at offshore platforms ncluding performing site visits as and when required.
• Willing to go on long-term business trips. |
