Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Project Control Manager in Contract & Procurement matters as well as coordinate with Petronas, contractors, the local community and suppliers.
• Prepare contracting strategies and terms & conditions, negotiate and finalize contracts with parties concerned and monitor the implementation.
• Liaise and work in consultation with the petroleum engineer, operations engineer and suppliers.
• Participate in the procurement process, conduct and review tender processes through research and negotiation.
• Prepare and manage interface requirements among facilities as well as contracts.

Skills Required:: |
Key Requirements:
• Degree in Law/Business Administration/Engineering or a related discipline.
• 15 years experience of which at least 10 years in direct involvement in engineering activities, contract administration, procurement and contracting skills,
• including at least 5 years related contract activities for major or large oil & gas projects in Malaysia.
• Highly mobile and medically fit to travel and work at offshore platforms, including performing site visits as and when required.
• Willing to go on long-term business trips.
