Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and supervise the execution of engineering, design, selection, inspection and installation of instrument related matters throughout project phases.
• Monitor and supervise the execution of instrument related engineering and design for projects to ensure instrument engineering and design is executed in accordance to agreed standards, rules and regulations.
• Liaise with the Production & Operation team to ensure all lesson learnt from operational experience with regards to instrumentation are incorporated in the project design and engineering.
• Review instrumentation documents and drawings to ensure the instrument design and engineering are according to specifications.
• Participate in special studies for projects such as HAZOP and IPF.

Skills Required:: |
Key Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering .
• At least 10 years experience in oil & gas industry with knowledge of DCS system design & instrument equipment.
• Knowledgeable in various types of field instrumentation, control systems installation and requirements.
• Familiar with operational functions, especially related to DCS systems and instrumentation.
• Proficient in MS Office and scheduling applications (MS Project & Primavera)
• Highly mobile and medically fit to travel and work at offshore platforms, including performing site visits as and when required.
• Willing to go on long-term business trips.
