| Job Description: |
- Must be a college graduate, Engineering course is a plus.
- CISCO certification is an advantage.
- Working knowledge on Data and IP Services.
- At least 5 years of work experience in a managerial capacity.
- Handles at least 50 people in current/most recent employment.
- Must have the ability to implement approaches in gathering information from customer inbound interactions and outbound campaigns to understand needs and influences business decisions affecting customer products/package development, customer acquisition process and retention programs.
- Must have the ability to recommend actions to mitigate business risks at the call center for data and internet customers.
- Must have the ability to recommend financial policies, systems and processes that will help meet service level targets.
- No need for good English language skills.
- Must be a Filipino citizen or has the right documentation and paperwork to work in Makati city, Philippines. |
