| Job Description: |
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the followings:
1. Curriculum Development & Management:
- Work with HA’s principal and the foreign partner school in integrating the partner school’s curriculum in HA’s program. The aim is to develop a comprehensive and integrated curriculum that fully develop students’ potential and ability.
- Closely liaise with the partner school in certification tests for HA students.
- Design the co-curriculum activities for the students.
- Ensure the quality delivery of the curriculum components in English.
- Review the curriculum and propose new elements/direction in line with market needs.
2. Human Resource Management:
- Recruit, train and oversee the performance of English speaking teachers.
- Manage training programe for teachers.
- Schedule the teaching by months, semester and school year.
- Address issues related to teachers, teaching and curriculum when required.
3. International Relations and Public Relations:
- Identify and develop relationship with relevant partner schools and educational organizations, especially with international testing organizations.
- Closely liaison with Admission and Marketing Department in building the school image and public relations when required.
4. Teaching and Student Service:
- Conduct required numbers of teaching hours per week.
- Manage student orientation, placement testing; assessment and marking; identify at-risk students and academic counseling.

Skills Required:: |
- English native speaker.
- A bachelor degree in Education. Master is preferred.
- 8 years of combined teaching experience and education management.
- Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and management for primary and secondary schools.
- Profound knowkedge on international education systems, educational organizations and regional/international testing organizations.
- Strong human resource management skills and experience, including teaching staff supervision in a cross-cultural environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong communication, consultation, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong experience in student supervision, academic counseling, provision of orientation and support programs, placement tests, interviews, test and assessment writing and marking, and course coordination and administration.
- Ability to work flexible hours as required.
