| Job Description: |
Coordinates with lead systems analyst in Notes/Domino development projects
Design, develop, maintain and support Lotus Notes/Domino applications projects and provide system documentation
Develop application specifications and designs that are scaleable, extensible, maintainable and testable
Edit, quality acceptance test, and optimize performance of applications
Provide responsive training and support as required
Provide technical guidance and coaching to other developers
Perform other technical related duties as required

Skills Required:: |
Expert knowledge of Lotus Notes/Domino technologies with at least 5 years experience in development of Notes/Domino applications
At least 3 years of complex workflow automation in Notes/Domino
In deph knowledge of HTML, XML, Javascript, CSS
Excellent skills in Web graphics design (Adobe Photoshop)
Knowledge of relational database and experience in developing Notes/Domino applications with RDBMS data integration (ODBC)
Knowledge in Java and .Net programming environment is an advantage
Knowledge in basic Noes/Domino Administration operations
Knowledge in MS Operating System and MS Office Programming, including intergration with Lotus Notes/Domino
Experience is system analysis and knowledge of the tools of tehir visualization and formalization
Good communication and problem solving skills
Ability to handle user problems in tactful manner
Good team player
