Experience with Business Acumen/understanding of Software side of Service Contracts as below
Someone who understands different versions of IOS supported for a router and other products.
Which is latest and how the customers can be approached to have them upgrade their software or move to a different version
Understand Different part of Software service sales well such a versions, upgrades, licensing issues, download problems etc from both business & IT perspective
Key skills and experience sought are as follows: -
