Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Computer Science or I.T related course
- Has knowledge/background in Unix
- Excellent communication skill both oral and written
- Has knowledge in software troubleshooting
- Has strong analytical/problem solving skills.
- Willing to work on U.S. Work hours (9pm-6am)
Brief Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge/Create/Issue/Close Problem Tickets
- Conduct Initial Investigation on client’s concerns
- Communicate to clients on updates to their requests and the like
- Directly troubleshoot issues relating to EDI
- Escalate complex issues to tier 2/3 supports
- Monitor alerts (connectivity related alert)
