Specific Responsibilities:
Define the key performance indicators to assess team performance, based on higher-level strategic objectives
Coordinate with onshore counterparts on Managed Services implementations for the purpose of resource planning and activity scheduling
Assist project teams in identifying project risks and in exploring ways to mitigate these risks
Manage escalations on service delivery issues
General Responsibilities:
Lead the creation/revision of processes/procedures to improve team performance
Ensure that procedures and support documents are in place and also adhered to by the team
Attend and represent the team in technical meetings (internal and/or external)
Lead the promotion of motivation and teamwork
Lead the planning of team activities
Represent the team in the creation of internal projects and targets for its improvement
Lead the creation of working schedules and adherence to it
Ensure the achievement of service levels
Ensure that staffing requirements are met through the adjustment of staff schedules, usage of overtime, recommendation to hire additional resources, etc
Contribute to the Company Vision of being the industry leader in customer service through quality, commitment, courtesy, and teamwork
Ensure that the SMS procedure is adhered to and that the individual and the global metrics are consistently improving
Manage the activities of the associate staff to ensure that established procedures are followed to properly service and retain customers
Coach and counsel personnel in the performance of their duties; ensure that training needs are being met
Interface with other departments through written and oral communications to handle customer situations, research customer complaints, etc.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Attend/conduct team meetings
Provide mentoring and coaching
Ensure the timely submission of Business Grid timesheets
Business Grid project booking / assignments
