Business Analysis experience
EDI Business Analysis is a plus but not required
Responsibilities:
Engage the client to obtain EDI requirements.
Clarify and accurately capture EDI requirements.
Develop the client map specification for handover to development.
Ensure the completeness and accuracy of map specification.
Update client map specifications for new functionalities and change requests.
Collaborate with development, QA and deployment teams to resolve map development issues and queries.
Provide map status update to clients, project managers and counterparts as necessary.
Review map specifications developed by other analysts.
Provide expert help to junior analysts.
Create and update team process documents.
