Responsibilities:
* Conceptualize and develop web sites according to the required specifications
* Update E-commerce and Branded site
* Create Interactive Banners
* Design and construct Web pages/sites, promotions, and similar projects
* Use HTML, rich media and static content in a branded site
* Link dynamic web site content with web site design
* Perform quality control and review at all stages of web site production with client and web team to ensure final product meets internal quality standards and user / client satisfaction
* Organize and maintain existing sites
* Assess new standards, technologies and trends, and formulate strategies and plans for future enhancement of web sites
* Ensure that web sites are accessible from a variety of different environments and platforms
* Produce a consistent visual image on the web sites including maintenance of templates and image archives
* Ensure that web pages are delivered to the viewer at sufficiently high speed and quality
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor`s degree or Post-Graduate/Master`s degree in Fine Arts or equivalent
* With 3+ years of interaction design, web design, animation, advanced development and user experience design
* Expertise with Adobe Photoshop 8.0 and in Flash and Illustrator is a must
* Knowledge in 3D, motion graphics and video production is an advantage
* Must have strong communication and interaction skills with commercialization, research, business, and design teams
* Must have excellent design skills
* Must be familiar with other rich media environments
* Must be familiar with digital photography for product presentation
* Must have strong focus on user interface design
* Must have strong graphic design and illustration skills
* Must have a thorough understanding of overall web site design, including usability, industry standards, architecture and navigation
* Must have an eye for detail
* Must be able to work efficiently (strong multitasking skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines)
* Must be a team player and with high sense of responsibility and professionalism.
