Experience:
• 3 to 5 years experience in Supply Chain / Outbound Logistics
• Export processes and procedures
Qualification:
• Grade 12
• Code 08 licence (must)
• Knowledge of Syspro (wish)
• Knowledge of ISO procedures and processes will be to your advantage
• Tertiary qualification will be an advantage
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate order fulfilment process from order to money in the bank
• Perform daily tasks to ensure the accuracy of all stock movements and allocation of products
• Measure and report on area goals and targets (DOVs - Defenition of Victory)
• Manage service levels with 3rd party providers
• Liaise with internal and external shipping teams, service providers and internal and external customers to optimize the distribution channel
• Manage and coordinate distribution in own area for optimum customer satisfaction
• General reporting |
