An International Construction Group is looking for a Personnel Manager experienced in a similar position, to work in an important building construction site in Ras al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for supervising labour administration and site personnel in relation to salaries, social security, insurances, etc, and will also be responsible for controlling timetables, shifts, leaves, discharges, etc.
We are looking for candidates with university degrees (Degree in Labour Relations) with provable experience in Human Resources and Labour Relations, with at least 3-5 years experience in a similar position.
Advanced English necessary.
Spanish will be valued.
